Drip coffee pot, single serve and French Press, along with ground coffee and sugar is readily available for all guests. 

Step outside to your private backyard oasis, where you can dive into the sparkling pool or unwind in the soothing hot tub—perfect for soaking up the sun during the day, watching the sun set over the palm trees, and stargazing by night.  Enjoy grilling up a sizzling barbecue, with plenty of seating for al fresco dining!

Drift off to sleep in beautifully comfy bedrooms designed for relaxation, ensuring everyone feels right at home. The primary and double bedrooms both have blackout curtains so sleep can happen anytime of the day or night. Each bedroom comes equipped with its own Smart TV so guests can retreat to their own space as needed.

One of the bedrooms also serves as a work station, with a comfy desk chair and adjustable desk so it can be a sitting desk, or standing desk by the push of a button.

Both bathrooms come with lots of amenities to make your stay oh-so-easy: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fluffy towels, makeup towels, hairdryer, Qtips, cotton balls, soap, cleaning supplies, and more. 

Guests have full access to the entire house, including a full laundry room. This is a single-story house in a quiet suburban neighborhood with plenty of parking on the driveway and on the street.

The Fine Print:

• Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info. 
• No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
• No unauthorized early check-ins.
• No bag drops prior to check in.
• Garage is reserved for the owner only and not available to guests.
• Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour.
• Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service.
• No smoking of any kind or illegal drugs on the property, inside or outside.  Penalty fines assessed if evidence is found.
